1. Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags.

• Custom-made products are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method via Razorpay.

3. Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges for the same product if available in stock.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, personalized products, clearance items.
